TREATMENT & TELEHEALTH
Informed choices
start with a conversation.
This page explains care in general. Your individual consent documents are provided through the patient portal.
Your treatment options
Care may include assessment, diagnosis, medication management, limited psychotherapy, education, testing, and referrals. Discuss possible benefits, risks, side effects, and alternatives with your provider. Results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Your participation
You may ask questions, participate in treatment decisions, decline recommendations, and withdraw consent for future care. Share accurate information about your health, medications, allergies, substance use, and other treatment. Discuss medication changes with your prescriber.
Telehealth
Join from a private, safe location in Florida. Be prepared to confirm your current location and an emergency contact. Telehealth can be affected by connection failures, privacy risks, and limits on physical examination. If the connection fails, contact the practice by phone; use emergency services when needed. Your provider may recommend in-person care or referral.
